Meet Alana

Welcome!

I feel privileged to be invited into my clients' lives and deeply appreciate the courage it takes to seek support. I’m passionate about supporting you as we navigate feelings of loneliness, fear, and sadness together.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals who feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt, anxiety, or disconnection—often showing up in their relationships, boundaries, or sense of identity. Many of my clients have spent years trying to hold it all together, only to realize it’s taken a toll. Whether you're navigating the pressure to be “enough,” struggling to ask for what you need, or feeling afraid to let people in, I offer a space where you don’t have to do it alone.

I also love working with couples, especially those preparing for marriage or wanting to feel closer again. Together, we explore the patterns keeping you stuck and help build more trust, understanding, and emotional safety.

Faith and Spirituality

I value integrating faith and spirituality into our sessions when it aligns with your needs and desires. As a Christian, I'm happy to incorporate faith into our work together if that’s something you’re interested in. I'm equally dedicated to providing support and care to clients who prefer not to include spirituality or do not share the same faith. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and personalized space for your healing journey.

When I’m Not In Session

I'm usually spending time with my husband and friends, going for a run, or playing pickleball. I also love any chance I get to read on my Kindle or catch up on my favorite TV series.
